We understand that there maybe asylum seekers and refugees may well have specific challenges with regards to accessing services and entitlements. We know for a fact that access to quality legal advice for asylum and immigration is becoming more and more difficult. We are registered with the OISC (Office of the Immigration Services Commisioner) to provide at advice at Level 1. That means we can help you with

  • notifying the United Kingdom Borders Agency (UKBA) of a change of address
  • applying for an extension of Temporary Admission
  • applications for permission to work
  • travel document applications for someone granted

We can help with basic applications that are within the Immigration Rules in the following categories:
